Scottish Championship Glen’s Manager of the Month – February 2024
Greenock Morton FC manager, Dougie Imrie, has been named the Scottish Championship Glen’s Manager of the Month for February after extending the club’s unbeaten run into February.
The Cappielow side picked up eight points out of a possible 12 during the month, with a 5-0 victory away at Dunfermline Athletic and a 2-1 win over Airdrieonians, as well as goalless draws against both Queen’s Park and Raith Rovers.
Greenock Morton maintain their place fourth in the league table, with Imrie defending his title as the Scottish Championship Glen’s Manager of the Month, after also being awarded the accolade in January.
Colin Matthews, CEO of Glen’s owner the Loch Lomond Group, said:
“Dougie Imrie continued the club’s undefeated streak throughout February with a string of impressive results. The club’s continued performance made him a clear choice for the voting panel once again as he’s named the Scottish Championship Glen’s Manager of the Month for the second consecutive month.
“My congratulations go to Dougie and all involved at Cappielow.”
Dougie Imrie, manager of Greenock Morton FC, said:
“I am delighted to have received the Glen’s Championship Manager of the Month award for February following another successful month for the team!
“The run of unbeaten games between November and February was magnificent and this award is yet again a team award for the efforts of my staff and all of the players.”
