Raith Rovers FC manager Ian Murray has been named the Scottish Championship Glen’s Manager of the Month for December 2023 after leading his side to the top of the league table.
Raith Rovers were unbeaten in December, with victories over Inverness Caledonian Thistle, Partick Thistle, Arbroath and Dundee United, as well as draws with Ayr United and Arbroath.
Murray’s side picked up 14 points out of a possible 18, scoring 15 goals during the month and now sit in first position, three points ahead of Dundee United.

“Under Ian Murray’s guidance, Raith Rovers had another month of strong performances, displaying an impressive unbeaten streak in December to claim the top spot in the league table.
“Our judging panel were impressed by the way in which Raith Rovers seem to be getting it right at both ends of the pitch, making him the clear choice to be named Scottish Championship Glen’s Manager of the Month for December.

“The players had a very tough November / December period but gained some good results. It’s a small sign that we are moving in a positive direction, and we aim to keep improving and keep trying to win games for the rest of the season.
