50ml Glen’s Vodka
15ml Sugar Syrup
60ml Pineapple juice
30ml Cranberry juice
15ml Lemon juice
Pineapple slice (garnish)
Fill a jug with ice, then add Glen’s Vodka, sugar syrup, pineapple juice, cranberry juice and a good squeeze of fresh lemon. Give it a stir, then pour into a short glass. Add a slice of pineapple if you’re feeling fancy. Having a get-together? Mix enough into a punch bowl and serve with a big spoon instead! Easy Breezy lemon squeezy.
